First of all only very few people can be a supermodel and for a woman it's seems dreadful, which is why they end up on drugs or have eating disorders. That doesn't mean she can' make a lucrative living as a model with sound real estate investments. She rents out the houses and then lives in Romains house. I think her mom lives in one and that's where Joanna stays when in LA.
