MTV lost a viewer tonight because I couldn't even get through his episode. Seriously, what a lazy piece of *beep* And his girlfriend is equally a piece of trailer park trash for breaking up with him two weeks into the program. How many years were they together and she broke up with him after not seeing him for two weeks? And then encouraged him to continue eating and not work out? They deserve each other. They are going to be fat miserable adults with fat miserable children someday.

I don't see what 'great opportunity' he lost. Neither you, nor he, need a great trainer. Having some zealot screaming at your for 4 hours a day and forcing a totalitarian diet on you is no great prize. All these kids need to be taught is what healthy food is, calorie control, and to take up a sport or two they enjoy. It's exactly programs like this, and the completely unnecessary regimens it offers, that puts people off being fit and healthy.
And I don't see why his girlfriend would break up with him. She was clearly more interested in having a plumper boyfriend who was around, than a ripped one who was in the gym 4 hours a day. If it was reversed you'd be calling her shallow, so it's lose-lose from her perspective.
