Do the writers think so little of women that they imagine in their twisted minds that a girl would decide to drop her panties after being chased by a gang? Worse, the guy's friend is getting his head bashed in and instead of going back to help him he decides to do his thinking with his small head. Stupid.
shareThere are women out there like that who do things that would make no sense to most people all the time. She was a drug abusing, spoiled little ninny. It came as absolutely no surprise to me that "in the heat of the moment" she did, in fact, chose to 'drop her panties'.
That aside, people have had sex amidst gunfire and warfare, simply because the adrenaline rush coupled with various mental defense mechanisms lead people to sex as a way to cope with some very stressful situations.

His friend was being beaten, he had a gun, he's a drug dealer. He could have never shown his face in that neighborhood again after leaving his friend like that! NEVER!!!
