Zoe's house

I just started watching this show, because I needed something light to relax.
Meanwhile, I noticed something about Zoe's house.

It has 2 floors.
In the first floor the main room works both as her living room and her bedroom.
We know she always uses Lavon's kitchen in the main house.

So what's in the second floor?

I know this is a stupid question, and something really minor to think about, but I noticed it and I just had to ask it.
