Spoiler About Season 4
Erik Dellums returns as the narrator, not Mike Rowe. I Love this show, but it is almost impossible for me to watch any of the season 2 episodes because of Dellums dull voice that makes me almost fall asleep.
Just watched the first episode, and that's Mike Rowe narrating.

I happen to have Season 4's episodes saved on my PVR straight from Discovery Science, and it's Mike Rowe narrating.
But due to me wanting the best picture and audio possible, I decided to purchase the show on iTunes, and while the picture is absolutely flawless (based on what I've seen), I noticed that Erik Todd Dellums inexplicably narrates instead of Mr. Rowe.
Contrary to other fans of the show however, I don't mind Dellums narrating - actually I like listening to him on most occasions, especially when he's voicing 'NASA's Unexplained Files' and other UFO related documentaries (and associated sub genre content).
Edit - looks like the same applies to iTunes' version of 'How the Universe Works Season 3' as well.
