Season 5
Any word on season 5?
If so please tell me they won't do two versions like they did with season 3 or 4! I prefer Mike Rowe.
You prefer him over the other narrator which happens to be Erik Todd Dellums if I recall correctly, yes?
Well, I feel the same way. Not sure why they'd have both of them narrate the show.
What I find amusing is that the iTunes versions of Season 3 and 4 - which look absolutely flawless thanks to an outstanding job encoding the video track for each episode, ergo, makes it worth paying for IMO - feature Erik Todd Dellums narrating, yet, the TV release which I recorded onto my PVR has Mike Rowe narrating instead.
To be honest, I don't mind listening to ETD instead of MR, however, I think ETD is better suited towards narrating the more suspenseful/creepy Discovery Channel original shows such as NASA's Unexplained Files. But that's just me...
Anyways, I too am waiting to see if Season 5 is gonna air because I love the show in general. Hopefully it shall - keeping my fingers crossed :-/
