He's asking if they rent and sell this DVD "dubbed" in English. And for the individual asking how can blind ppl see or read back whats on the screen...He's using either the narrator that comes w/ windows installed pc's or a special program for the handicap.
He probably asked the customer clerk by now.

shareFirst you should learn some manner by not posting a message with the whole sentences CAPITALIZED. It's like shouting at others.
Besides, you should really ask the store keeper, as you mentioned "you want to see this movie at the store", not here. And I strongly believe that there's not much chance of getting this dubbed.
For me, watching foreign movies in their native language was always a joyful experience. I'd rather read the subtitle than watching a movie with the sound destroyed by some dubbing process.
People who use upper case always get on my IGNORE list.
Perhaps the OP just wants to reach out for some sense of community.
