Really enjoyed this film

I would like to mention how much I enjoyed this movie, the atmosphere was great and really helped build on the tension.

With that said, I wish there were some more hints on what happened for the state of the world? to be in like that. I'm assuming some type of holocaust aftermath? I know the description states 'financial holocaust' but then where did everyone go to? and with the title being 5 Shells it makes it seem as if it was a nuclear holocaust but in which case where are they that there is no radiation in the area?

Speaking of area, they had no accents so I'm assuming this was in the United States, I dont remember if any of the license plate were shown but regardless I didn't feel like I had a sense of geography especially since it seems like a man with a limp was catching up to a car rather quickly... I mean it looked like they traveled by car for 2 days but the limp man caught up to them before they got to there grandmas place? not saying its a plot hole or anything but just felt...quick? not sure if thats the right word usage but either way. I love post apocalyptic movies and I think there could have been much more potential with this but regardless I thoroughly enjoyed it!
