Anyone know how the breasts on Lukas were done? Were they prosthetic, computer animated, body double... what? They looked freakishly real!

Probably prostethic--why bother with the cost of computer generated. For Soldier's Girl the prosthetics Lee Pace wears are pretty good too. Also, the prosthetics worn in Different for Girls are good also. God, I've seen so many trans-films!

I think it's prosthetic.
Like in "Soldier Girl's", pretty real too.

Just finished watching the movie & had to come here to find out the same thing. I thought for sure they were real. Looked real enough.
