I haven't heard anything offical from Tvland, but I am hoping it does get a 3rd season. It would be nice if it does happen since Fran's previous show Living with Fran only got two seasons. And it would be nice to see a TV series staring Fran to get 3 or more seasons since The Nanny. It seems like it could be a good chance but I haven't heard anything offical from TVland on whether or not that they will renew it for a 3rd season.
shareChecking in with an update the season finale aired last night, and there was no mentions in a commerical for when or if Season #3 happens. And if it does when the date the first episode will air.
shareSince when do they advertise for the next season when the previous season just ended? It'll be back. Everything on TV Land does decently, and I don't feel that any of it costs them too much to make. This isn't one of the big three networks, where you could count on it being canceled.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?
I don't think you saw it, but I dvr last night's episode like I have done with the series, and they annouced the return for Hot in Cleveland the show that airs before Happily Divorced, but they annouced its return date, and also the fact their first episode of their new season will be live. That is at least since when and anybody else that bwatched last night that is here, can tell you the same thing. It would be gteat if they would say sooner then later, but you think sooner or later that shows like this will run its course, and the show has to end its run, and not go on forever like The Simpsons.
shareYes, you are right, but Hot in Cleveland has been a bonafide hit since day one thanks to Betty White. None of the other shows perform like it does, but that doesn't mean cancellation. I heard nothing about any of the other shows after their first season until late in the game when they were ramping up for the new season. I was surprised to see Retired at 35 come back, but there it was. Happily Divorced will be back, I feel certain.

No it got canceled, and here is my post about it http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1830622/board/thread/218757068 , it seemed like that as long as it took Tv Land to make a decision on whether or whether not to renew it, it started to not look as good, even with the show ending in January, but they finally made their decision in August. And I bet a lot of fans by that point have already have given up hope. It would have been nice, but it didn't look as good as it took them almost 8 months to annouce their decision.
