David Giuntoli looks a lot younger in that picture and his hair is different. I wonder if that image might be a nightmare or vision that Eve/Juliet has, maybe implying that she felt like she "died" years ago when she and Nick were a new couple and he was keeping her in the dark about who he actually was. I'm grasping at straws here because that picture just seems odd. Hopefully we'll find out in an upcoming episode though.
There are many things wrong here it is listed as a photo from Blind love yet Juliettes hair is red and there are photos of Juliette in The son also rises with her in a hospital bed, in this photo there is an IV bag in the son also rises she is on an IV bag. this photo seams a promo as they are in a green house and Nicks looking in to the camera.
Additional rumors further suggest that Juliette will meet her death as an ending to Season 6 of 'Grimm.' Since she has always been the sacrificial lamb in the series, it is said that Juliette will die protecting Nick, Adalind and their child.

Unlike most posters on this board, I always liked Juliette (oops, I spelled her name wrong before) and she has been dealt a really bad hand. She was just a veterinarian having a relationship with what she thought was a normal police officer and then her life started spinning out of control (love potions, becoming a Hexenbeist, etc.). If they do kill off her character, I hope you're right and that she gets to go out in a good way like that.
