YES! This is the most fun I've had playing a game in a while. The combat is awesome, using the leash is a really cool feature, and you'll be amazed at the number of ways that you can kill enemies. The story is great, with top-notch voice acting and laugh-out-loud humor. I really can't recommend this game highly enough.

I usually play open-world/sandbox type games and prefer the more cerebral end of the games market but occasionally I just want to have fun shootin' stuff and this game MORE than fulfills that need.
I defy you not to plow your way through this game in huge chunks with a big daft grin on your face.
It travels along at 100 miles an hour and carries you along on a wave of mayhem and potty language.
OTT toilet humour of this type is hard to get right but Bulletstorm contains just the right balance of childish humour without actually being a childish game (unlike Duke Nukem for instance).
Also the points system that allows you to level up your weapons adds depth that dull old military shooters lack.
