So...exactly how famous is Austin and where are all the parents?
These kids are in high school, right? How come they are on the road all alone? How come Ally seems to run this store all by herself?

The last time I remember seeing him was when Dez was "remodeling" the store for the music factory. Ally's parents are divorced/separated, so her mom is shown even less than her dad.
