Salad Fingers.... Male or Female?

Alot of people would look at Salad Fingers and automatically just think it's a male but there's various indications that Salad Fingers is a female.

The flashback of SF wearing a wedding dress saying "it's finally here, your big day" or something like that, the nettles episode where SF is shown to have milk coming out from inside it's teat (obviously something a male can't do) and another indication is SF actually gives birth in one episode (which would CLEARLY make SF a female) but in Picnic Episode 5, there's a quote from the little girl "Do you not like my mouth words, Mr. Fingers?"

The girl addresses Salad Fingers as "Mr." Fingers, not "Mrs." so it makes it really confusing.

What do you guys think?

I choose to think that salad fingers is a male individual that has lost his mind and has created a warped reality for his brain to exist in. In this warped reality, he changes "characters", both male and female, like a schizophrenic. I think he is constantly haunted by past events and they manifest themselves in his alternate reality, often with him acting out the roles himself. He seems of British nationality and has a lot of association with "The Great War" or WW1 which can be very traumatizing. Also children and babies seem to be harmed a lot during the show so potentially he met trauma as a baby or child.
