Flat line delivery

The girl who plays the main character, Rebecca, also played in the show THE FORGOTTEN. I remember her acting in that show and could not stand the flat delivery of her lines even then. Does she never raise her voice? Joy? Sadness? Excitement? Anger? ANYTHING?!? Blah blah blah. When she almost got run over by the truck tonight, I couldn't even tell she was mad. Act pissed girl!

She drives me crazy. I felt terrible for Anthony Carrigan who played opposite her on the forgotten for most of the show (until they suddenly decided to change directions and have her moon over Christian Slater's character). I can't imagine having to try and pull something to react to out of her lines. Everything always sounds like she's reading out of a dictionary.

I really liked her in "TiMER", but she is a bit boring in this.

But isn't that kind of like normal people? I mean I don't know about you but I know of people who just aren't very emotional. Even if they get angry or upset about something they don't act like it. I'm more like that myself. I mean if I'm around people I'm really close to then I might be a bit more emotional, but at work or just out in public I don't tend to get very emotional even if someone does something I don't like.

"That's the dumbest thing I ever heard."

I read this post because I thought at last, someone was gong to SCREAM about shocking a flatliner.. alas, no.
