Who thought this movie was like a hybrid of the Home Alone movies and the Vacation movies
sharekind of was in a way..the Home Alone movies that is lol..more like Home Alone 2 IMHO

It reminded me a lot of Planes, Trains, & Automobiles, especially at the part when Teddy says that the radio is the only thing that worked in the car. That's almost verbatim from PTA. And the whole plot of jumping through hoops to be with your family in time for the holidays is almost identical.
