I hate the exchange student

Who came up with the terrible idea to give this terrible actress and character any amount of screen time?

To each their own. She seems to suck the life out of every scene she’s in. And the cast is already overcrowded with three daughters (one of them is recurring), two spouses, a recurring grandson, a wife, and three friends at work.

I would have rather had Eve’s friend move in with them than this girl.

I would have also rather had them send Mandy to Paris or New York and wait for Molly Ephraim to return to her senses.

She’s lost her accent and is completely immersed in American culture. This is the worst character ever written.

I’ve kind of given up on the show due to the exchange student. I skipped a couple weeks. Just turned on episode 20, she was in the opening scene, I just had to turn it off.

New Mandy isn’t helping either.

I’m going back to watching season 2-6 reruns.

it's interesting that a show this bad and this mediocre can possibly be so successful. season 8 really??? i mean the chemistry between mike and his wife is horrible, cringe inducing, and pretty much non existent. nothing has ever stood out about this show except the daughters in the first 6 seasons. the exchange student i just noticed this season is so annoying with her broken english accent and horribly annoying puns that i have to fast forward past her scenes. and the worst thing about this show and the most annoying, in fact intolerably annoying thing is mike's wife. oh my gosh i don't think i've ever been more annoyed by her puns and her voice and anything she says. it's so fake. everytime she opens her mouth it sounds fake, manufactured, and even commercial acting like in it's fakeness. she's not even acting, she's just putting on a show as the friendly and fake sitcom wife, it's painfully annoying.

oh and the new mandy oh my gosh. it's insulting to even talk about her given how bad of a character she is and how mismatched she is with kyle. she has no chemistry with him. how in the world can they put a new actor in a role which was played by another actor on a show? this show did not become a different version of the original show, so how can they think we can cast another actor in a role on a show that is continuing a story? this doesn't make sense. she's maybe the most annoying character in tv show history. everytime she opens her mouth it's painfully annoying because it's either a stupid humor thing which is painfully unfunny or it's a they think humorous line made to show how stupid she is which is never funny and is always painfully unfunny bc it's so dumb and bad humored and childish and she is so obnoxious that i'm in pain from how annoying the new "mandy" is.
