The neighbor is kind of funny too. Their scenes ribbing each other.
Ed at Outdoor World is funny and I like him.
I don't like the new actress playing Kristen
I liked Eve in the first season or two but she is turning into an actual man, army, hunting, no femininity at all. She's become too masculine.
Mandy, funny but too dizzy and she just cheated on Kyle so she seems pretty to have a sleazy character. I was starting to like her more but she's regressed.
Nancy Travis. I like her. She isn't as funny as everyone else but she is a sweet person.

It was a minor incident. Kyle left town for a few days to go to Vegas. Mike and Chuck were looking at the neighborhood security videos to try and find out who destroyed Mike's mailbox the previous night and they saw on video, Mandy coming home late with some guy and kissing him in the car.
It hasn't come up again so apparently her response was to just never tell him and apparently no one did either.
