Golden Globes missed it! Still going for Oscar?

I thought this movie was better than The kid with a bike.Im expecting atleast a nomination.

I will be very very surprised if it gets an oscar nomination. This is not a good film.

I think this movie deserves oscar nom at foreign lang. movie and best supporting actor(yilmaz erdogan)
And i also think Drive should win best picture.

Awards matter for what awards matter but as can be seen, it didn't really get a look in and understandably too. I think he is a darling for some awards ceremonies.

academy sucks already they are gonna give that cheap movie artist the best picture which is not awarded by cannes jury

This didn't get a look in because the awards ceremonies are of a different breed. This didn't get a look in because it is a good grade of rubbish.

Well the artist deserves it. It's the most boldest and risk taking move for any director to make and he succeeded. I can tell you didn't watch it, because if you did, you would know why the film is a masterpiece, and why we love cinema.
