This show hasn't introduced as many annoying characters as has P&R. I don't know how anyone can stand Tom, Andy or April. They are ruining the show. Hahaha, they have no concept of financial reality or organizational skills. The only funny thing about any of them is that Ron Swanson likes them.

second of all, choke on a dick.
I see the appeal of Parks and rec but you have to remember that humor is subjective. Personally I've always seen P&R some 90w, silly, shiny show where everything is so whacky and random. But randomness doesn't equal funny and not to be a dick but the only time I've actually laughed at that show was the network connectivity problem joke.
And it's literally boggling because that really is an all star cast of some funny people, huh?
But yeah, stuff happens.
