Sgt. Keyes - Erik Palladino?

As I post this, IMDB only has the names of two newscasters listed in the cast.

I was just watching my cousin play the game and thought I heard a familiar voice. Does anyone know if Sgt. Keyes (I think that's the right character) is voiced by Erik Palladino, aka Sgt. Scream from the short-lived series "Over There". To me, it sounds just like him.
