Betty would have been my second guess, although I thought Mrs. Thompson sounded a bit New York/Italian/a bit Jewish for Betty White. Not that she couldn't pull it off lol. I still can't find a credit for her anywhere... sigh, perhaps one of the cast who is also billed as "additional voices"?
