2 DIFF MOVIES WITH SAME NAME...DIFF PLOTS...?

SO WE GOT TWO MOVIES ONE WITH A SEQUAL, BOTH WITH DIFF PLOTS....BOTH WITH THE SAME NAME MOVIE TITLE......ISN'T THERE A COPYWRITE INFRIGMENT HERE? I HAVE YET TO SEE THE 2011 "HOSTEL" IT SOUNDS GOOD, BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL HOSTEL IN FACT. ANY INSIGHT?

It looks to be a Bollywood version. So being in India there isn't much to do about copyrights. It's really no different than Hollywood copying all of those Japanese horror films like The Grudge, The Ring, Dark Water, etc.
