Terrible

It would've been interesting to see a tv show starring a diverse cast for a change, instead of the usual all white casts in every other show.
Excuse me, all white except for the 1 token black, Indian or other race character they tack on (like Highlander, there can be only 1).

But instead of giving us a new, real perspective from other races, we get the exact same characters the media always portrays.
The first introduction we have to the black man is that of a 'playa', or someone only concerned with nailing anything with a hole. His character is focused on an unattractive and skinny white woman who he brags "he'll bed before the end of the day" or some other rubbish along those lines.

This woman is so frail her character cannot even physically restrain a child (in the kid's gang war scene). She looks ill, like she's some kind of drug addict.

Everyone in the show is portrayed as being attracted to a different race than their own. It's nonsense. Same race relationships are still very much the norm, I'm not sure why the media has such an OBSESSION with portraying inter-racial relationships all the time. Especially with black people. They obviously have an issue with showing loving black relationships.
I'm surrounded by loving, positive black relationships, so I question why there are never any shown on tv or film.
Why do writers and casting agents insist on going out of their way to pair black people with anyone but their own race?

I might've been able to overlook that white fantasy if the writing or storyline was any good, but it wasn't.
Needless to say, I won't be watching anymore of this tripe.

I have watched most of the episodes and it's an alright series except I absolutly can not stand the Ahmad Khan character. It is actually painful for me watching this dude.

Don't mean to be rude but is it because he's not "pretty" like the other actors? He kinda bothers me too but glad to see an actor who looks like us normal folk.
