It's not recycled, the episodes are being shown out of order. This probably explains why the first few episodes felt disjointed.
shareZak I would agree with you but wasn't shamrock in the pilot and also caught and jailed and everything in the same episode? I think it all happened in the same 42 mins (less commercials) but going to rewatch to be sure

I hate they are showing the episodes out of order....CBS never had any intention of keeping this show...they seemed to torpedo it from the first episode...never even gave the show a chance.
Glad they are showing the remaining episodes at all now. This is really a good show.
