Surprisingly good despite the acting

I had to cringe my way through the beginning to allow myself to get into the storyline, but once I did the acting was only a minor annoyance (it does tend to drag you back out of the story a lot but since it's so mesmerizing, you throw yourself back in).

I can only imagine how fabulous this would have been with a bigger budget.

If it wasn't for the fact that I am a sucker for time-travel stories, I probably would have missed this one. I'm glad I didn't.

Movies are IQ tests. The IMDB boards are each person's opportunity to broadcast their score.

Just watching this film now on TV and I have to say I know what you mean about the acting?
Do you know was this ever screened at the cinema? Or was it made for TV possibly cable TV? If its the later it may help explain the wooden nature of it.
A TV feature may probably have lower production levels.

Just seen this on Sony Movies.
Strange film and don't quite get it?

Though when they were on the ship you could see it looked liked they may have been a war.
and then at the end it looked it was peaceful so they must have changed the time line?
I did not get how it all started though?

I had to ease myself into the movie. I was interested in the takes about time/ rifts in time. Except for one really bad instance, I didn't notice the acting.
