Don't worry; dishonest anti-Snowden propaganda pretending to be a factual documentary is no doubt already in the works. i mean how else will the public get their opinions on important events if not through manipulation and lies!?

Hey lets get Gibney to do that one too!

The documentary does seem to write off Assange which in fact feels quite premature as 2013 saw the Snowden revelations and Wikileaks instrumental in getting the information out and ultimately aiding in Snowden's safe exit to Moscow.

The documentary does not actually seem to be 'The Story of Wikileaks' as much as it is the biography of Assange. The secrecy and lack of transparency that has allowed our govts to build a framework where war crimes and unethical behaviour and committed with impunity in the name of it's citizens seems incidental. Assange may not have a cuddly personality and indeed there is a case against him which is why he is stuck in the Ecuadorian embassy but this should not detract from the fact that Wikileaks provides a public service and is still up and running and open for business.
