Does anyone know if this Series is coming back in 2012..???
Really like the show and would be a pity if they axed it before it had a chance..
I agree. I had major reservations about this series when I saw the previews but it soon became a 'must watch' for me every week. Surely the ABC would have planned a second series, considering the rotten programs that they run for series after series.
shareAccording to TV Tonight, an 8 part spin-off led by Marta Dusseldorp as senior Crown prosecutor Janet King is due to go into production earlier next year.

Some of the story lines were left open for the next series so we will not get to see them through.

There is a spin off series that will air later on abc1. Which many of cast of Crownies are returning like Andrea Demitriades, Ella Scott Lynch, Hamish Michael and Indiana Evans.
