Episode help?

What episode is it when Jed and Kate are in (I presume) Kate's bedroom and Kate's holding a dressing and she says, "You've got no right to judge me for seeing him!" and Jed replies, "Yeah well I know he's got a wife"- I saw that scene in previews (new to the show here!) and really want to find the episode it's from.
