I think he means it's a moralistic allegory meant to condemn the alleged persecution of Moslems and especially Arabs in the US. It sounds like it will be very heavy-handed, especially since I don't believe Moslems are persecuted in this country. I'm just amazed that James Hong is still acting at 85.
