They failed to mention how he scammed elderly people

Before he got his talk show he was accused of scamming elderly people out of their life savings by selling them interest in goldmines that were extinct. Inside Edition went to question him about it when he was at his car and he attacked the reporter and cameraman.

Yes, they showed him lashing out at the reporter but the film makers didn't appear to mention that they were trying to ask him about being involved in a scam that ripped off investors.

I was surprised they didn't also talk about how Mort had claimed to be a past victim of alien abduction.
