Most of the Kardashian stories are so fake, but occasionally real ones slip through (Kim's psoriasis, Kris peeing her pants). I think that Kris and the producers were trying to make a storyline with Khloe getting a DNA test, but Khloe does not want to even consider it because she may not be a Kardashian.
shareI think at one point during the episode, either Khloe herself or one of the other sisters were saying something to the effect of "...don't want to take the test because...not related" ??? No matter who Khloe's father is, they have the same mother, that is not in dispute! So Khloe would still be related to Kourtney, Kim and Rob, just in a half sort of way, similar to Kendall and Kylie.
