Can't concentrate on this

I've watched 8 episodes and can't keep mind focused on it. Haven't been able to watch a single episode all the way thru. I'm reasonably intelligent, I don't get it. Every episode new numbers? What's the end point if any?I've watched dozens of series in their entirety but to me it seems there's no cohesiveness. I really want to like it.
I might start over give it another try
