Will Top Cat: The Movie ever be released in the USA?

I have found out that they were going to release this film in the UK. I wanted to see this movie in theaters so bad, but I can't go to the UK just to see this movie. When do you think this film will ever be released in the United States?

In all truth, probably not. This movie has so many bad reviews.

as of September 2013 The Family Video (a rental Chain)monthly new release pamphlet lists it for a September 3rd 2013 rental availability

It's on Netflix streaming as of May 2014
