an almost compelling movie, but...

On a cognitive level, Kahaani is very interesting, since it does such an impressive job toying with the audience and creating new meaning in such a short amount of time

but I feel like there was some kind of emotional quality missing throughout. does anyone else feel this way? the scenes felt very detached, and while I understand that this does allow the mechanics of the story to work so successfully, it makes Kahaani kind of forgettable on a whole imo
