More Info About The Ghost Chris Saw in Dorm Nightmare (SPOILER!)

Hey All,

I really like this show! And I am always interested in researching stories about the supernatural. I did some research on Chris' University and it seems that the ghost he experienced back in 1985 was that of a six year old boy who was killed when a dorm room was being constructed. The spirit's name is "Eric."

Member when the ghost told Chris he was in so much pain? "Eric" could have been painfully hurt and killed in an accident. It would seem to present some good validity to Chris' story. He would certainly be interested to know this information!

Why did Chris and his friends get attack than and why did Chris have 3 deep scratches on his back when he was in the shower.

Maybe the spirit was angry and wanted to hurt Chris in a similar way that "Eric" himself was injured and killed. What I don't know is how come Chris' friends experienced bad things as well?

I think the reason why the spirit was angry is because his space was violated, and as punishment he gave Chris pain by scratching him in the shower.

It was a scary experience for him and for me seeing it on TV!

Hi jbartelone,

My name is Chris DiCesare. I am the student whose story appeared on the School Spirits Dorm Room Nightmare episode. It is a pleasure to be able to share some information with you. I want to thank you for your interest. What was long the darkest and most difficult part of my life is now - over a quarter century later - being celebrated. Who knew? I heard of the ghost of Eric at Monroe Hall when I arrived at Geneseo, but I didn't believe in ghosts so I paid no attention to those rumors. The haunting that I became embroiled in was at Erie (like the lake) Hall. Room C2D1. This ghost was called 'Tommy' by almost everyone. The haunting began around February 8th or 9th of 1985 and was 'resolved' on or about April 20th of that same year. So for about 10 weeks it was a living hell for many of us. As far as the ghost attacking us, that did not happen until after the ghost was forced from the room by Father Charles Manning's blessing. It must have angered the ghost to be forced from a location that it thought to be his. That;s why I invited it back into the room (in order to stop the attacks) when I finally amassed the courage to face it. I hope that this helps.
