This is funny!

I don't care what you all say about the show. Give it IMDB rating of 4.3 but I give it solid 8 rating. It's funny, it's amazing, and it's funny. If you don't like my sense of humor, then don't comment.

You have Downs Syndrome. You mad bro?

reply

Do NOT ever insult someone by bringing up Down Syndrome. My little cousin has it and it's heartbreaking when jerks like you use it to offend someone.

reply

Agree with xxBrit. If you don't like it, don't comment on it. I love it. It's really funny and awesome. Don't bring mental disease into this.

I don't think its hahaha funny just a little giggle funny... Everything I've seen on the show I saw first either youtube or Dumbest Stuff on Wheels, so this really brings nothing new.

reply

And not only that, but they act like it's the funniest thing ever; so stupid.

99% of new films are garbage.

reply

Jeez. Grow a couple will ya?

When someone calls someone a psycho is that person making fun of people with the mental disorder or just using it because it's the best damn term they can come up with at the moment

reply

I agree, it's just a funny show. Dyrdeks comments are sometimes really funny. 'You're sketchy, you're foreign, you're down! You're down, no wait, you are okay. (not related to the dumb sh*t comment some other dick made earlier, just one of the funniest comments imo.) Shows don't have to be award winning and emmy nominee getting like The Shield for instance, my favorite show ever. Sometimes just light entertainment is fine. Only thing I don't like is that justen bieber is the first episode of season 2. I don't know, I just don't like him. Kind of ruined the episode for me. But other than that, the show is fine.

reply

I love the show. They crack me up while the videos make me cringe lol. It's all in good fun...some people just don't have a sense of humor. If you don't like it then don't watch it...simple solution.

If you love this show and it cracks you up you're the one without a sense a humor. You're seven years old?

reply

I'm sorry but the show isn't funny...Nothing that Rob does and/or says is funny. He's basically just a annoying and asinine tool.

All he does is make lame commentary, explain what's going on in a redundant and unnecessary fashion when you already know what's going on and it doesn't need to be repeated again, and dresses and acts like a immature 14-year-old when he's actually 40. He comes off acting like he just got the internet for the first time and gets too overzealous over something that's not even that funny or if you already saw it on YouTube or Tosh.0 (which is more funny that this show).

And when he's not talking about videos, then he uses that time to make Chanel, Brim, or any guest he has on uncomfortable with his inane and awkward questions and anything else he can think of. I bet you not even the most hardcore of skaters didn't know who Dyrdek is before he decided to be on MTV.

reply

Apology accepted.

reply

You just accepted the notion that the show isn't funny.

reply

No, I'm just accepting the apology he has given for having an opinion.

reply

Semantics.

reply

Well, at least he notices that I'm making a opinion and nothing and/or no one should stop me from making one...I honestly don't think it made much sense of what the OP was saying.

I mean, no offense or anything, but is he trying to say that we can only say something about Ridiculousness if we do like it? If some people like us don't like the show, does that mean we're not allowed put in our own two cents?

reply

and it doesn't need to be repeated again

Actually buddy, yeah it does. Quite often in the repeat they'll catch something else happening in the background or an extra thing only your subconscious may have picked up. Which in turn the reaction in the background or whatever can be even funnier that what happened.

dresses and acts like a immature 14-year-old when he's actually 40.

People like you annoy me. You're the reason clothes these days are all so tight and hip, instead of being loose and comfortable. There is nothing worse than seeing a morbidly overweight man wearing a tshirt with tight little sleeves. Give us loose clothing. Clothing that makes us feel comfortable and looks much more flattering than one of those tight sleeves pieces of *beep* Clothing needs to go back to the late 90s. It was the pinnacle of comfort and fashion. So good on him wearing what he enjoys, looks good and makes him feel comfortable.

or Tosh.0 (which is more funny that this show).

Wow. I have tried many times to watch Tosh.0. I dislike how scripted and fake it all appears to be. Tosh can't do stand-up comedy because he isn't funny enough, too many jokes that miss the boat with most people and he literally plays 1 clip over and over. Having other people to offer perspective in Ridiculousness makes it work much better as you get like you do with comments on a video, different people pointing out different things you likely missed. And while Tosh.0 is about Tosh.0, Ridiculousness is about making people laugh through schadenfreude of the ridiculousness. The running commentary adds to the clips, as opposed to Tosh where it is a criticism after thought meant to "Roast" the particular individual involved in the clip, instead of roasting what they were doing or thinking and how we've all been (or could be) there.

I bet you not even the most hardcore of skaters didn't know who Dyrdek is before he decided to be on MTV.

I don't even know what you just said. Did you mean
Not even the most hardcore skaters knew who Dyrdek was befroe MTV?

If so, who cares. He's on MTV now. What difference does it matter what other skaters from the past may have thought of him.

reply

I don't like your sense of humour.
I'm still going to comment.
Now what?

this show is hilarious. At the end of a crazy day and you just need to watch something light and funny this is a great show. Robs comments always make me laugh too.

reply

100%

After reading these comments about the annoying laugh or whatever, get *beep* It's funny. I enjoy it, it makes me laugh, more than you can say for most "comedies" these days. Host and music guy and chick all work and I'm glad I'm not a pretentious douche "too above" everyone else to find this funny.

Funny/10 - Do watch ;-)

reply

So...Anyone who doesn't find Ridiculousness funny, including me, is a douche? OK.

reply

Yes. Schadenfreude is funny. If you can't laugh at the videos on the show, realizing their own misfortunes could be almost any of us, then you're taking life too seriously, buddy. It also means you would be the same kind of pretentious douche who can't just unplug and sink into laughing at great comedy like Charlie Chaplin or The Jerk; the entire point being to laugh.

If you can't find this show funny, then what do you find funny, sir? I am genuinely curious.
Also, do you ever remember laughing so hard you hurt?

reply

"I don't care what you all say about the show...If you don't like my sense of humor, then don't comment."

If you don't care what other people say about the show then why does it matter to you whether they comment or not?

If you can't say something nice, then you might have a lisp.

Finally someone that agrees with me! The negative comments make no sense to me I love it!

reply

You are a f^cking idiot if you think this show is amazing or funny. I bet you are a real dud in life.
