The title alone is moronic!

I haven't seen the show, itself, but stumbled across this rather unfortunately named series by chance.

Normally I'd reserve judgment on the content of the show, not having seen it, but I don't expect it to be anything above "stupid", given that it's part of the wave of "reality" shows getting spewed out of cable networks these days (and finding one of value is the true exception).

What I find cringe-worthy is the TITLE. Pregnant - IN HEELS? While I imagine it's an attempt to make pregnant women fashionable, and there's nothing wrong with that, the idea is they had to focus on HEELS.

Do we really need to encourage young moms to parade around in unsteady, unsafe footwear, crippling to the feet, at a time when their priority should be on their health and the health of their baby?

Come on! Women should feel free to look great while pregnant, but the one concession they should make is to wear a pair of stylish but foot-friendly flats or, at most, low heels.

I think the title of the show should have been.. 'RICH & PREGNANT' because they ALL ARE. That bratty kid, Leah who was a diva in the house. That was not her room I think, that was an entire apartment! Bloody hell.

I couldn't agree more. It is moronic to walk on heels when you're pregnant but the attitude of some participants is even more moronic. Like the woman who had a agressive dog but wouldn't get rid of it. Are you kidding me?
You're telling me that the safety of your CHILD isn't as important as keeping your dog around? I wanted to slap her she annoyed me so much!

You know THIS is why you hear awful stories in the news about dogs killing babies. It is because the parents possibly might know that their dog might form a risk but refuse to get of rid of him. Choosing to either ignore or do anything about the dogs behaviour. I have nothing against dogs and I'm sure in most cases they are a great addition to a family.

I for one have seen lots of videos in which the dog takes 'care' of the baby by getting a blanket etc. But if your dog AND baby aren't working out together get rid of the dog! Priorities woman!

Yes in her case the dog got training but I doubt it severely that she had removed the dog IF training had not been succesful. She would have just continue to have that dog in her house with whatever bad consequence.

Also other annoying clients Rosie has taken on: the PR exec who refused to wear maternity wear. Get a effing grip of yourself. You ARE PREGNANT. Or the woman (I forgot all of their names)who had a complete entourage to 'help' her yet still needed Rosie to organize a fashion show. And then she refused to wear one of Rosie's designs to open the show with, which was indeed a slap in the face to Rosie.

Most of Rosie's spoiled and whiny clients need to shut the hell up and think about the pregnant women in the world who have to walk 4 hours to a hospital so they can deliver. I would LOVE to see how they would react in that type of situation.

The clients I did like: the one with the haunted house, the godmother one and the very sweet and lovely aspiring actress.

END OF RANT.
