This show is exactly what 30 Rock would be if you took away their writers and inserted hack comedians to play all of the parts. There's even a "Jenna" character on the show. Literally the same exact character, except this woman has 1/100th the acting ability of Jane Krakowski. Oh, and add dick and fart jokes. Typical E! network trash.

And Heather is not the "same exact" character (either you don't know 30 Rock as well ask you think, or After Lately), but regardless, she is a real person playing herself... acting ability aside. And like the show or not, it is anything but "typical" for the E! network.
shareAfter Lately is more or less based on stuff that has actually happened in their office, and they are playing slightly exaggerated caricatures of their actual personalities.
