Handicapped Woman Episode

Hello. As usual my DVR cut off the last minute or two which I assume gave the explanation behind the handicapped woman. Does anyone know what the explanation was?

Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy, both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.
