Was this ever released on DVD? I have kept looking over the years but never found it.

Not available in the US (trust me, I've tried). You can buy it outside, but its a region exclusive DVD format, so it won't play on a regular DVD.

I have all the episodes in HD bought through iTunes. The best choice to watch, I feel. Stays in the Cloud and I can watch it through my Apple TV whenever.
