Who played Will in the episode called "The D..." He looks so familiar and I just can't place him.

Was it the assistant guy June was dating? Then it was Nicholas D'Agosto, who had a recurring role on Heroes and guest appearances on Six Feet Under, Cold Case, House, Boston Public, Supernatural and Without a Trace among other things.
