Nope. Written and played to perfection.

Each one is perfect but yes he deserves an Emmy. I haven't seen him pop up anywhere someone else is playing his character on Kimmy Schmidt.

Titus burgess was playing an iteration of that character on 30 Rock a year before this show was created. I did love Luther though
