Funny? No. Gore? No. Boring? Yes!
After watching scout guide to the zombie apocalypse I search for similar movies and my first pick was this one. (Next: Final Girls and Cooties)
I should have relied more on the rating of 5.9 but instead I got excited about the DVD cover, the concept, the trailer and a lot of good reviews and I bought this for 5$. I've been had because this movie was a real bore. Some reviews mentioned some Gore FX but it was actually very soft and cheap. People say it's funny but it's not. Not in the sense that the jokes are not funny but in the sense that there is practically no jokes. Just some cheesy teenage drama that we don't care about. (The slutty girl that everyone idolize, the good girl that pass for the slut, the dorky guy that wants to fit in, the nerd guy that does not want to fit in. There you have it all, I just save you an hour and a half.) There is a 10 sec. moment that was really funny near the end. That's it.
A good idea wasted by boring dialogue and unoriginal situations involving poor characters. 4.8/10
