Brooke is coming off really well on this show

She's coming across very thoughtful, articulate, candid and self-aware. While Paris looks like a regular spoiled brat once again.

reply

Uhm, she is?

reply

Paris was shocked that Brooke didn't come to her...lol. Even her "good friend" Brooke thinks Paris is an idiot and wouldn't trust her enough in a true time of crisis.

reply

I like the way she is coming off as well. Addiction is a *beep* struggle and a lot of people just don't get it, but I like her better than Paris who is coming off as an immature bitch. I was so sick of hearing her call her assistant a pervert, it was so juvenile.

reply

no shes coming off like a filthy crack addict that cant even wash her hands sh*t under her fat nails. no wonder charlies crazy ass has custody

reply

Paris sure hangs w a rough crowd...they are all kind of skeezy, skanky, dirty types...Alison, Jen, Brooke Mueller...bleah! Real lowlifes.

reply

Brooke is a train wreck.

reply

It was in Brooke's face on the last show...she'd been doing drugs all night. She was staggering when she was walking up her to her house.

But, if Paris is such a good friend, she'd have a little more sympathy. All Paris thinks about is her own life and image.

Her image would come across a lot better if she was a better friend to Brooke.

You cannot have sympathy for junkies...they want sympathy. Seriously, you need to cut them out of your life or they will drag you down and end up blaming you for their own damn troubles, just like Brooke did in that final scene.
Both Kathy and Paris tried to help her but it did no good.....

reply

You seem extremely ignorant in regards to addiction.

reply

Not ignorant, jaded....I've known a few junkies and have seen the havoc and heartbreak they caused in the lives of loved ones. Unfortunately (unless you want to be dragged down with them) it is best to cut them out until they become clean and sober.

If they want help, and are willing to do what is right, then sympathy is needed.

If they are a jerk off, bad attitude, mouthy drunk/junky who destroys everything around them, then cut them off. I am going through a very similar situation myself. An in-law is a disgusting mean toxic drunk. This person is in total denial that they are an alcoholic, and acts like it's perfectly ok to drink until slobbering, trash everyone they know, including me, then pass out and fall into my trash bin and lay there for 3 hours. Then, the next morning, as they are sick with hangover, deny anything happened, and say they are not hung over. Just got a bit of a tummy ache.
