Michael = Justin Bartha?

I don't know if anyone else thought this, but I feel like Michael could be the actor Justin Bartha's brother. They look and sound a lot alike. Bartha is in Murphy's new show The New Normal which I think is kinda funny too. Did anyone else see/hear it?

Not so much the look I think, but the voice is almost an impression.
