I am really not sure, why they even had a winner.. Damian McGinty, won and was in 18 episodes.. Samuel Larsen, lost and was in 23.. Alex Newell, lost.. has been in 27 and still going.. I didn't find that fair, at all. It's their show, they can hire whomever they want.. but to have a competition, have a winner, and then let the losers have a longer run.. why bother?

Alex Newell, was annoying and rude on TGP and is just as annoying in Glee. The Tina in the Sky with Diamonds, episode.. during "Hey Jude" .. "Unique" walks back to help Tina.. the diaper he/she was wearing, looked like it was full.

Damien and Samuel each won a (minimum) seven episode arc.
Alex and Lindsay each won a (minimum) two episode arc.
Blake won a (minimum) 7 episode arc.

They all received what they won.

Everything else was just earned based upon fan, writer, and cast reactions to those official prize performances.

Ali won absolutely nothing (nor did Ailen), but they gave her a small role as a gift.
