Confused about ending *spoilers included*

It's an interesting question. The ghost could obviously take a solid form (school rehearsal, outside car etc). So, if it did take a solid form, what happened to the dead body of the sister? If it took over the body of the sister, how did the cut heal? Or maybe it took over her body and the cut healed in time? Or, was the cut just symbolic?

I thought it was a great film but thre was one problem. Why did the twin need to use Fay's body, if people believed that the twin was actually Fay. There was no need for the twin to use her body because the twin already had a body - that fooled Fay's friends.

I thought that was Monica in the end wearing contacts and finally fooled everyone that she was Fay 

Monica I believe had a darker voice than Fay and in the last scene when the "not really Fay" speaks she does have a darker voice than Fay... Or am I completely wrong here?

I thought the dad made it clear if she looked at her she could "harm her" or something. I think in the tunnel she did look- and the ghost took over her physical appearance but ....they why was there no scar on her hand when she removed the bandage? hmm.....

Yes exactly. They switched places in the tunnel when they made eye contact. We then see the non-cut hand to verify in our minds that the switch really did take place.
