Orang Pendek or the Beast of Dartmoor(lion-pig)because they both freak me out.

I would like see an equally detailed analysis on how the biology of a hypothetical Vampire might work. There are real Blood drinking animals to use as reference points, though most are Insects or other non vertebrates, I'm unaware of any mammals other then the Vampire Bat, so that would have to be the closed model for how a Humanoid blood drinker would operate.

I would not however recommend them making another Mockumentery to air on what's supposed to be an educational channel.

Dragons.

The existence of Dragons has never actually been in doubt, it's just modern "Scientists" refuse to connect the name change the occurred, form Dragons to Dinosaurs.

I see your point. How about flying , fire breathing , TALKING Dragons ?

reply

Stories about talking Dragons do not invalidate Dragons being real animals anymore then any other stories about talking animals.

The details became obscured in myths, because they where rare animals the common people didn't see all the time.

Pterodactyls have wings.

There is a known studies zoological example of an animal that can do something that be misinterpreted by the uninformed as breathing fire.

Many Dinosaurs have some complex tunnels in the skulls or things attached to their skulls that scientists haven't figure out the use for. I find it highly plausible these could have been there to facilitate a similar ability to the Bombardier Beetle.

Plus animal planet already made a docudrama on dragons its called The last dragon: fantasy to life explains fire breathing and everything was also their highest rated program until mermaids

Actually they did one about dragons from Charlie Foley who also wrote Mermaids: The Body Found.

It was called The Last Dragon, and also by the title Dragons: A Fantasy Made Real. It was made in 2004.

Below is a link to the Wikipedia article about the show. There was an animated movie in the 1980s called The Flight of Dragons that was based on the same information used for the "science" of dragon fire and other ideas about dragons for this mock documentary.

The books were the fantasy books: The Flight of Dragons by Peter Dickinson and The Dragon and the George by Gordon Dickson.

You can probably find The Last Dragon (aka Dragons: A Fantasy Made Real) on Youtube or somewhere.
