I loved this movie, Are there other movies that have the same cartoon-type? (The Illusionist for example).

Not sure what kind of movies you watch but here are a few to look for. House of Magic is another movie that was made by a non disney/pixar, fox etc. studio. It's a cute movie, but it's not hand drawn like this one and the plot isn't quite as original. You should be able to find links for it on google.

Other movies that look like they're hand drawn (I'm not sure if they are)are
The Cat Returns, Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, and other Hayao Miyazaki movies.

I just watched it this morning, I agree it is cute and entertaining. That was interesting both animals wanted careers in the arts, but their families wanted them to choose something more suitable. The mouse and bear villages were cute. The police forces were funny.
